We’re currently on our annual holiday & taking some time to recharge. We will be back in early November.

Throughout October, our small team will be working hard to process returns, but please keep in mind that processing times may be a bit longer.

Rest assured, all returns will be processed promptly upon our return to Hawaii.

Exchanging?
In order to serve you more efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order & return the first order for a refund.

Returning?
Simply return what you don’t want with original invoice. We’ll credit you when received. Please return within 30 days. Item(s) must be in good, unused state with all original tags attached. Refund will be applied to original payment method, minus 10% restocking fee &/or any shipping fee charged at time of order.

Don't forget, the following are sold All Sales Final. No exchanges, no returns.
  • All face masks -- for safety & hygiene, these are not refunded if returned.
  • Discounted/wholesale orders
  • Any item stating "All Sales Final. No exchanges, no returns".
  • Items that have been worn or used are NOT eligible for refund and will be donated if received.
  • Items received after 30 days return period will not be processed.
Note:  Terms of Return Policy applicable to parcels refused upon delivery.
